In my opinion, IOTA is going to be different then many other coins, for a couple of reasons. Firstly, for now its only traded on Bitfinex afaik, so that in of itself eliminates some of the volatility of day trading. Secondly, I think its a more solid crypto, in the long run, meaning that a larger porportion of its investors are seeing it as a longer term investment and technology and are less likely to use it for short term trading. It was quite visible to me the last time bitcoin climbed, most cryptos were going down to ride the bitcoin wave, whilst iota just kept on a steady climb along side bitcoin, and then when bitcoin met a first resistance and support, iota was hardly dropped at all, only after the second btc support was a small amount of iota dropped likely to get some bitcoin or other crypto which had since dropped. In short, I think iota is more of a keeper and less of a trading coin. Time will tell, but I personally expect less volatility but more just constant growth and support.
