I live in Germany. I agree about starting legal actions, and I believe we can do it collectively.
It does not make sense we continue complaining at the forums. I think the best thing to do for everyone is to start a legal process in order to solve this issue, let the lawyers negotiate, and let the German police to start an investigation with all the proofs collected.
I would suggest, let’s do it correctly, let’s collect all the information, hire a couple of good lawyers in Germany, and let them do the job.
Let’s spread the voice in all the forums.
I believe, the members of Iota are doing the right thing, but in my opinion they have managed the situation very badly.
It’s time to solve it, … and everyone will be happy.
By the way, I have to report Iota withdrawals to the German tax office (finanzamt) and pay the respective taxes.
I will have to report that Iota foundation, a non profit organization have taken my funds in custody, declare as lost, taken away? Stolen? In custody but don’t worry they will send me the tokens back? fraud?. This cause damage to my pocket as well.
We must take legal actions. If at the end everything is legal and correct, everybody will be happy.
Regards from Germany
