A rather important community effort is it to get a StackExchange page for IOTA (and its related / adjacent technologies) setup. This way people have a central repository where important technical and developer related questions are asked and answered by the IOTA Core team and the community. We've started the process here: https://area51.stackexchange.com/proposals/110603/iota
What you have to do is the following:
To get to the next stage, we need a large number of questions with a score of at least 10. You only get 5 votes — don't waste them on the questions that already have a high score! Find low-score questions that are worth up-voting!
Congrats! The proposal has reached the commitment phase! Now we need folks to commit to participating in the site when it goes live.

IOTA is also starting to emerge on the Bitcoin StackExchange:- https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/tagged/iota
Interestingly, the "Bitcoin" SE actually welcomes questions related to other cryptocurrencies, so IOTA questions could be considered on-topic there:
We are now at 60% commitment, we just need 40 more devs to click the commit button: https://area51.stackexchange.com/proposals/110603/iota
