I have the same feeling, and they do not feel like us. But, there is enough iota in
PPLNDRIWPOJZNKEGGPUNFVBEBENBBTQSXKXNOGKNVQBLQNHULLMFRT9RKHOAUCD9JAQNTRFHKEITPVJDC and in 999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999999 to cover the claims. So why would not they ? So I think they will, but I'm personally exhausted.
If you are ready to reveal them your identity, perhaps you can simply wait (I'm not 100% sure, since @IOTAGENESIS tells us he received.. did he do something special ?) If you are not ready to reveal identity, I tried to support you on bitcointalk (I'm websioux) but if Jean Luc does not contact them, I fear that international lawyer is your only choice.
Several days ago CFB told STU on slack that they had to wait for lawyers answer. I discovered on nxtchat slack yesterday, a discussion with CFB, where I understood their point of view clearer than from the stupidities and aggresivities you find on bitcointalk.
They want JL to reveal his identity so they can sue him (July 9th diffamation about failing processing claims), or our identities, to sue the one of us who may do something illegal to harm iota reputation... I do not fully understand that part. Identity will be revealed to lawyers and "some staff" only, CFB wants JL to be judged and judgment result published but his anonymity respected (he wrote that above my screen shot).
This convinced me to accept KYC, cause, yes, I'd like justice to have a look over here.
But because, I will not be able to follow the developments for the coming weeks, this morning, I asked on slack if there was news about KYC. No one was here to reply.
But because my trust is also at zero minus, in the afternoon, I Nxt messaged JINN asset issuer, emailed [email protected] and repeated it on slack to ask them to inform me by NXT message or email (I'm too nice) about the KYC procedure, simply because I'm afraid that when I'll be able to catch up, David will answer me: "Too late, man, I already told you and every one blablabla.. iotas gone".
Like you, I feel they are changing the rule all the time and exploit anything to discriminate us (It may only be paranoia, but I now have a pile of arguments for it) so I must protect.
Since David writes everywhere that we were lazy and are not able to follow a protocol, since I'm not anonymous, I'm directly hurt by these affirmations. And since I strictly followed the protocol that was given to me, that he personally chose to not inform me with the right protocol (=the one he decided afterward was the one), and since instead he entertained (volontarily or not) a climate of tension, I stated in my request why I did it : I do not trust him anymore, since he proved me I should not have.
Because of that (I guess) I had his reply in the minute! I got insulted, marked to be ignored and finally threatened of being banned...if I continue..
However, I did not get the answer to my request, "what is it about KYC procedure ?" as it strangely always happen to me when I ask him anything of value.
I have several websites since more than 10 years, one clear law is: if you make it 99% clear, 10% will mess up, it is human!! Every web designer knows that. It has to be 100% and even more (redundancy of perfect instructions) if you want to have a chance for zero mess up (super rare). It must be short but everything must be there, do not omit anything or be prepared, it will happen.
For your mental health, the best is to not read all they write, but if you miss something, it will be your fault !
And do not write David more than one paragraph, he expect you to read 1000 but he will not read more than 1 of you.
As I said, I'll have to disconnect for few weeks, so I hope you guy will relay the info quest. I told all I knew and felt can be useful to you.
Good luck to you all.
